Playback banner shall contain the following information about currently active playback:
•Currently displayed image at 100% opacity with border radius of 4px.
•Two images at 70% opacity and one at 50%. Cycling through images will be seamless.

• While in playback, device shall allow the end user to change to the next or previous content by using [RIGHT] (resp. [LEFT]) arrow key.

• While in playback, device shall support slideshow play/pause functionality which can be activated with [PLAY_PAUSE] key on the remote controller.

• While in playback, pressing [FWD] and [RWD] keys shell display next four images.

• While in playback, options can be displayed by pressing RED button. Navigation through options is done by pressing LEFT and RIGHT arrow keys.

• Options shall display settings for slideshow, background music and image rotation as shown in pictures.

• If the end user presses [BACK] or [STOP] key while the playback is active, the device shall stop the playback and return back to the browsing menu.

• If the end user presses [BACK] key while options are active, the device shall return to the playback mode.

• If the end user presses [EXIT] key while the playback is active, the device shall stop the playback and return to the Live mode, playing previously watched service.

Visual indicator of the next and previous images shall be displayed for 5 seconds following key press (e.g. [LEFT]/[RIGHT] keys).

Music Player

 
Playback banner shall contain the following information about currently active playback:
•Video Name
• Visual indication of elapsed time and time left, as a progress bar
• Playback speeds x2, x4 or x8

Through transport controls user can activate repeat and shuffle option. Repeat is done for currently active song or video, and shuffle for playlist.

• While in Video playback, device shall allow the end user to change to the next or previous content by using [RIGHT] (resp. [LEFT]) arrow key or through transport controls displayed on screen.

• While in Video playback, device shall support play/pause functionality which can be activated with [PLAY_PAUSE] key on the remote controller or through transport controls displayed on screen.

• While in Video playback, device shall support playback trick modes fast forward and fast rewind which can be activated with [FWD] and [RWD] keys. Playback speeds x2, x4 and x8 shall be supported or through transport controls displayed on screen.

• While in Video playback or PVR playback, changing of currently active audio track can be performed by pressing RED button and navigating to Languages options with LEFT and RIGHT arrow keys.

• While in Video or PVR playback, changing of currently active subtitles track can be performed by pressing RED button and navigating to Subtitles options with LEFT and RIGHT arrow keys.

• If the end user presses [BACK] or [STOP] key while the playback is active, the device shall stop the playback and return back to the browsing menu.

• If the end user presses [BACK] key while options are active, the device shall return to the playback mode.

• If the end user presses [EXIT] key while the playback is active, the device shall stop the playback and return to the Live mode, playing previously watched service.

Visual indicator of the playback status shall be displayed for 5 seconds following key press (e.g. [FWD]/[RWD] keys).

Asynchronous events

 
1. If USB storage device is unplugged during the browsing through it or during reproduction of a media file from USB storage device, device shall return to the root multimedia application.

2. If SD card device is unplugged during the browsing through it or during reproduction of a media file from SD card device, device shall return to the root application.

3. If DLNA server disappears during the browsing through it or during reproduction of a media file from DLNA server, device shall return to the root application. User shall be notified about the cause of disappearance (e.g. “There is no internet available.” or “DLNA server is no longer accessible.”).
